If you return a costume that has been worn, altered, missing parts, or does not have the original packaging or tag, unfortunately we will not be able to credit it to your account. Therefore, we ask that you check carefully to ensure that all parts and packaging are included before returning any items. This policy is necessary to prevent situations where costumes are purchased, used for short-term events, and then returned. Therefore, we ask that you ensure that any costumes you wish to return are in new condition. Otherwise, we will be forced to reject the refund request. We appreciate your understanding.
We offer free customization on our products, including color options, head, eyes, nose, mouth design, as well as specific requirements for logo printing. However, please note that all customized products are not eligible for return.
To ensure that your return is processed efficiently, we recommend that you ship your item via a trackable shipping method to the correct address. If the item is returned untracked and we do not receive it, unfortunately we will not be able to take responsibility for refunding the order. We appreciate your understanding.
